Hey guys, I have this "problem" I've been trying to solve for weeks.
When I make a contact and add a profile picture (which is stored on my phone!) everything is great but after some time, the picture becomes blurry! :/
I tried deleting my whole contact list, a making everything from the start and put all contact pictures on the phone, but still...

Does anyone know how to solve this if it's even possible? :(

Are you syncing with Google, cause if so, Google tends to downgrade image quality. Its better to sync through Outlook.

I don't get the blury problem but I've noticed FB contacts synced in people hub tend to have their pictures frozen. that is, even after they change it, it doesn't ever/often/always change in people hub

Don't sync with google, sync the photo to outlook

I sync all photos with Hotmail! And when I connect Facebook, I choose to display Windows Live picture not Facebook

go to settings->email+accounts->long tap on facebook->tap synchronise. that should update your peoples hub pictures
