I have an LG Quantum with 10 videos or so I want on my PC. When I try to sync them to my PC, my video folder fills up with empty TMP files. I let it run for an hour or so. When it was done, I have 430 of these empty TMP fiiles (that I don't have permission to delete) and no videos. I've tried several times, and I reinstalled Zune to see if that would help, but no luck. Does anyone any any other advice? I'd like to save these videos before I upgrade.

Sorry but I am unfamiliar with the phone. Do you have access to the skydrive? If so could you upload them from your phone and then download them using your pc?

I installed SkyDrive, but I only see the option of uploading pictures, not videos. I've never used skydrive before, am I missing something?
