Today I've got my phone back, and went to reinstall the applications I have on the device. My games were all installed without problem, however I've found that only 2 of the applications I've bought, allow me to install without paying for them again.

I know there was an issue earlier, I never had it at that time, and just wondering if others are experiencing it? I went to www.windowsphone.com (that's how I know 2 applications were still available) and all of the applications are missing from the list of purchased applications.
