Anyone else having this problem?

I am able to choose "attach picture or video" but when I pick the video from my camera roll, it doesn't attach it to my txt thread..

Is it something with my carrier? I can't see how since it won't even attach once selected

Is it that I can't send a mp4 or whatever format my camera video takes?

Thought this was a great feature with the latest update, but it doesn't work for me, is anyone else having this issue?

I'm on a Lumia 900 on the Rogers Network.
