    I believe, if you have a friend on XBL, they can send or you can send a game request and it will show up there.

    Also if you have a beacon set on your Xbox 360 and someone logs on playing that game it will appear there. For example, I have a beacon for Gears of War 3 so anytime any of my friends load it up it appears there.
