    please let me know if there is a possiblity to send my files via zune or some software without actually syncing with the internet.

    I want to place them directly into my phone's memory through the PC

    You can try an app called EasyFileHub. It will let you sync files from PC to the apps closed storage area via local WiFi. Then you can open the document from within the app. Otherwise, you need the Cloud.
