hey , if you go on Bell Canada Mobile Cell Phones, Wireless Internet, Satellite TV, Home Phone top right you have a search tab, type in: APN settings.

ok , here are the APN settings if you haven't check it yet!
APN location: settings/cellular/add APN
APN: pda.bell.ca
Proxy server: web.wireless.bell.ca
Port: 80
this should fix any SIM/SMS/MMS/Data problem you may have!If your looking for Information, be sure to check out: WindowsPhone: Getting started!
