It's so cruel seeing the Skype UI on a WP :dry What a tease. :lol:

If I get the Skype app, can I have Skype assign a phone number to my account and then people can call that number? Will that work? Even possible? I'd like to find a service that when people call my number, it's not going over the carrier's voice network, instead it will go over the 3G/4G network through the Skype app. I wonder if that's a possibility?
