I was wondering is there any way to force the live tiles to refresh. Sometime one of the tiles just stop refreshing for more than a week. Any suggestions?

try opening the program that the tile belongs to. i have a similar problem with the htc hub weather tiles

Hi ylksa, sometimes this happens and usually an uninstall and reinstall fixes it.

It's sometimes related to background tasks, depending on the app you could try disabling then re enabling the live tile if the app has that setting.

Have a look in settings / applications / background tasks and see if your app is listed in there.

There's no quick way to just refresh a tile though. That would be too easy. :D

You have to open an app with a background task a least once every two weeks or the update will be disabled, until the next time you open the app. Has happened to my news apps once or twice. Opening/closing the app gets it back in the groove. Will take 30-60 minutes to update though.
