I had to reset my phone and now it says it is up to date with Windows 7.1. It had Mango on it before I reset it but no matter what I do it won't say there is an update! I've used zune on two different computers!

Weird. A reset should still keep the most recent update.

So, it really reverted back to a prior version? Have you tried any Mango features to see if they work?

Nope. They don't. It's really frustrating!

did you try the force update? hit update on zune then count 1-2-3-4-5 and disconnect your internet? i'm asuming your on tmobile. which makes this even more odd considering they even pushed a new update out earlier today.

Have you tried uninstalling, and reinstalling Zune? Maybe it remembers your phone as updated.

Maybe restoring to the previous update point and then updating it?
