I want to suggest the ability to tag or enfolder (my made up word of the day) favorites in the browser. I use Send to WP7 a lot, and I wish I could organize things somehow, mostly in order to use my phone as a recipe box. I.e., find a recipe online, use Send to WP7 to send it to my phone, then tag it or label it or something in my favorites.

I really like IE10, but having the faves as a big bucket with no way to sort them is kind of a bummer if you use the web a lot.
