I am with Three in the UK and recently was notified an update was available. Since I already have Mango installed, I was wondering what this was. Update went fine and found out that I now have the Internet Sharing option available to me. I have tried it and it works great with a tablet. Maybe I am a bit late to the party but did everyone else get this, or is it carrier specific? I have a Samsung Omnia 7.

Yes it's carrier specific and the tethering update arrived about 2 weeks ago. (On 3 UK)
It's not available on all carriers but as you probably know, 3 have their unlimited data plan (The One Plan) so Internet Sharing compliments this perfectly.

Will AT&T in the US release this?

do you think it will be available for the AT&T "classic" Focus soon?
