I bought a Samsung focus via Amazon Wireless a little more than a month ago. Unfortunately I got a rev 1.4 from them. How do I go about returning it for a different WP phone?

I saw that newly released focus flash is free on there. Can I trade my focus 1.4 for focus flash?

More than a month may be tricky. May need to get an RMA request from samsung.

You will probably have some issues since it's over a month old, but contact amazon mobile's support. They have always been helpful with me, and you talk to a real live person right away rather than being shuffled through automated menu's.

In my experience, Amazon Wireless is not very helpful after 30 days. They usually tell me to contact ATT.
