To allow someone else access, you would need to "edit permissions" of the containing folder in your Sky Drive.

You can do this on your PC or by logging in to Sky Drive through the IE9 browser on your phone.

I don't think you can share to another individual from the phone app, you have to at least open it in the phone browser. good question, love to find out more myself.

Thank you both. I ended up going to Skydrive, creating a folder, sharing it out, then creating a new Note from there. Now we will see if my wife can get to it from her Android app. :p
