I actually woke up with that tune stuck in my head the other morning. Sad truth is probably that it's just a stock jingle used for ads and promos. =( I guess someone could tweet the question to Windows Phone on Twitter and see if they have any clue.

They aren't synced back with the Zune client as far as I can tell so there isn't a way to share them at the moment.

So I asked someone at ill.gates.com and I just got a reply: it would appear that ill.gates did not make this music, and that Microsoft tends to use exclusive pieces of music for its ads. So yeah, this is not a full song and probably never will be... The only way to get to use it as a ringtone is to either get it via the Insider app (but I think it’s too late now) or rip the audio from YouTube (set it in HD so the sound’s better). ;D

Are any of you developer-unlocked? It might be possible that the Insider app stores the ringtones in its isolated storage, which would mean that developer unlocked handsets could access them (though interop will be required on Mango devices).

Download the free "easyRing" ringtone app. Search for "hello". There are several ringtone versions of this song available for download.

Also, search "Martin Solveig Hello" on youtube. Many versions of this song, but I haven't found the exact remix in the WP7.5 video.
