So I accidentally deleted my Gmail tile, and now cannot re pin it. I have tried deleting the Gmail account and re registering with the phone, resetting the phone (soft reset). When I scroll to Google Mail on my app list and hold it down to pin it, it is shaded out and I cannot pin it to Start Screen. I get a lot of emails and need quick access to them in order to obtain information quickly for my job.

If its grayed out its already pinned if you were running Mango I would tell you to make sure you don't have it in a linked in box. Scroll to the bottom of your live tiles and make sure its not there.
