    Where can one purchase a windows phone just to develop on? I don't need the phone function at all.. In fact, I'd love to buy two or three for my kids to replace their Zunes..

    I dont think it is possibe to buy sth like that. Microsoft gives a free developer devices for free for big comapnies which are making apps.

    A windows phone makes a great mobile device for music and movies, would make a great christmas present for the kids!
