So whenever I delete email on my phone, it send it to a deleted items file and not the trash in the browser, how do i fix that.?

I don't think there's (currently) a way to assign folders for actions on WP7, so you'll just have to keep purging the folder it uses when you're on the web (though it should send it to the correct trash according to a desktop client).
