So I have a static IP schema on my network. I need to manually set IP's on all my devices..

I cant for the life of me seem to get my WP7 to do it. I can manually set the IP AFTER you connect to the network, but it wont even connect because it wont allow me to set an IP before.. what the heck!?

I have the same issue. Tried telling Nokia and Microsoft WP8 teams about this and other issues that I am facing, but no reply. It is really frustrating. Never going to buy a Windows phone again. I am already using my Lumia 920 as a secondary phone and looking for a good android device. I hear that android has a lot of flexibility.

You could try

Log on to your router and (depending on your router) find the area for setting up Static IP's.
Enter the MAC address of your phone and set the IP address that you want your phone to have
Mac Address of phone can be found under settings about more info.
