Well, I read somewhere that in late January, Netflix released an update to fix a stream issue for Ati/Radeon and Intel video cards. It might be the same update you are talking about.

They copy and paste those release notes into every update. They never actually say and its kinda annoying.

That's the only drawback with Windows 8 "metro" apps. They never mention what the changes or bug fixes include, unlike desktop Windows Updates that always provide that information.
