Pulse was one of my favorite apps when owning an android phone, and its not on WP7 or 8 yet, but they're making headway. Looks like they released Pulse to Windows 8 computers and tablets.

Their "app" for Windows 8 is a web app, and it works great on Windows Phone 8 too, as it was written to scale using IE10. Just to go pulse.me on either your Windows 8 device or Windows phone and login. If you use the same login articles and sources will be synced across Windows 8 and Windows phone.

I use Fuse app on WP8. Is smoother than Pulses web app. And it's gorgeous.
