Downloaded StumbledUpon. It's a pretty cool timewaster. It's really simple. You choose your interest, click Stumble and it finds snippets from websites based on your interests.

The comedy website, Cracked.com, also has a good app. The UI is easy to navigate and the app runs smooth. Includes full articles plus videos.
