Folks at Mynokiablog.com pointed
out something very interesting, put
simply this isnt the first time we see the
design for the Lumia 720 and 520. Just
before last years Lumia 920 & 820 launch
we saw several leaks of a white lumia;
which we at the time assumed was the
820, we didnt really give it much thought
seeing how similar the design was to the
actually announced device; and chalked it
down to prototype changes. But it seems
that earlier leaked white device is the
Lumia 720. While that other super slim
(super sexy) leak was the Lumia 520, and
we might even see it in green this time!!!

If you haven't realize yet, it's not the first time we're seeing Nokia phones that were ready long before it presentation. Here is where I'm pissed because if they were ready why Nokia didn't show them earlier to avoid all this bad press saying how little they've showed. Also because it was ready so long ago, I would expect them to have plenty of time to make that Tablet and even more phones and yet I'm almost sure all they will show on MWC will be 520, 720 plus eventually Verizon's 920 variant.

You are assuming a lot of things. Just because you saw them doesn't mean they where ready. The development cycle is 12-14 months usually with these smartphones. You could have seen Salo made prototype Lumia 920 just as this early if somebody had leaked it so early.
And yes of course they would have had time to make a tablet, but is there any sense to make one? Currently on the restrictive RT specifications running on old SoC's there's absolutely no reason to bring tablet to die out there. It has been said plenty of times that Nokia scrapped the tablet plans last year.
Same goes for EOS. Sure they would have had time to make it as 808 PureView was out year ago, but the thing is Windows Phone still isn't ready for it. We have no support for the Qualcomm 600 or 800 series yet and no update coming in MWC as there's no Windows Phone event in there.
The kernel is also too restrictive to make something as complex as the oversampling used on 808 PureView. Same what HTC said about HTC One for Windows Phone. HTC Zoe Camera technology not coming to Windows Phone
