Did I miss something? US Cellular said it was "excited" about WP8 and would be carrying multiple WP8 devices, but I haven't heard of a single WP8 model that's headed there. Right now the only WP device on their website is the ZTE Render, a (rather underwhelming) Tango phone.

8S is the only thing I have heard. Not confirmed and no idea about dates.

Ouch. The 8S has attractive cases, but its specs are painfully bad.

The new WP8 phone coming to US cell IS a Samsung & it WILL be released in May. Some friends of mine work for US Cell and they were shown the phone this week. Would not give me specs but they did say that, compared to the Nokia & HTC WP8 phones, this one is uninspired.

As far as I am aware of, US Cellular has not signed a deal with Microsoft in regards to WP8 devices.
The 8S is not coming to the US, and if it does it would be for prepaid carriers.
