So I've had my Microsoft Surface RT for about a month now and have had only one problem with it which is quite frustrating. (Otherwise it works great and I love it!)
Particularly while streaming Netflix videos if I turn on the subtitles while watching a selection; every time the subtitles switch the screen of my Surface will become briefly discolored and randomly have flickering issues and the audio scratches a bit. (Where as without subtitles it is reduced to the minor issue listed later) I've already contacted Netflix because at first I thought it was limited to the Netflix app; however I attempted to stream a video via the "Video" app and I've noticed whenever I touch the screen while a video is playing the screen seems to similarly flicker/ have minute lines briefly whenever I'm multi-tasking or simply interacting with the touch screen while a movie is playing. I think part of it is somehow a fault with the Netflix app but I've seen some few minor sign across other video playback instances. I have yet to play a video file natively from the device to ensure it is not a "internet streaming" related issue. But if I play videos in Internet Explorer I seem to have no problems.
Has anyone else had a related issue, or any suggestions?
