Anyone else having issues with this???

I download it from the Store and it isn't appearing on my start screen. I than pull up the "Your apps" screen and see Xbox SmartGlass purchased yet not installed. When I select it and than hit the install button it than just takes me back to the home page of the store. I once again go back to the "Your apps" screen and sure enough it's there again purchased but not installed. Is there anyway to delete it from the "Your apps" screen so I can download it once again and see if that will do it?
