    I can't get it to show in devices to be able to use the play to features. Any ideas. I have even gone into control panel to add devices. The sony googletv player does show in file explorer network.

    any ideas

    is that device DLNA compliant? Do you have all the software updates for it? I would expect the Sony to be DLNA compliant.
