So this isn't just for the Surface, it's all of Windows 8. But I made them just for my Surface, so I put this here.

So I don't know about you guys, but I'm OCD about my start screen. Everything has to be perfect. Two of the same colors can't touch, etc. Well I wanted to make it look cool. I don't know if anyone is familiar with the app 'MetroTiles' but it's really cool. It lets you create tiles with pictures, either 2x2, 3x3, etc. So all in the spirit and stuff, I made some. If you want to have a decked out start screen, get MetroTiles and download the first link's pic and stick it in the 2x2 section, or the second link with the 3x3 and delete the white tiles, because I made it as a 2x3.

I would rather have a themed version Like IE could be wearing that circle thing in the top left. Or maybe how google changes its logo. The IE tiles and a few others temporarily change for Holidays, then return to normal. But Make this optional of course.

I wish I could. The icons are non-selectable. I don't think there is one that changes app's icons.
