I am developing an application that when queried with a voice command from the native Speech Recognition in WP8 (hold down start button) it will perform a task, read out the required data, then return back to the native Speech Recognition to wait for another command. So far, I have only been able to have the SR run my application and spit out the data within the APP then you much hold the start button again to bring up SR.
