I know how to change from "Ring & Vibrate" to "Vibrate"...is there absolutely no option for "Silent"???

I believe this is a Windows Phone 8 "feature"...not tied to the Samsung itself, right?

I just want it completely off - no vibrate or ring tones - while I'm in meetings...

Under Settings, Ringtones and Sounds, turn both Ringer and Vibrate to off.

That's a WP8 thing: If you go to Settings -> ringtones+sounds you can turn 'Vibrate' off. Now the shortcut at the sound settings will switch between loud and silent.

A shortcut for all the 3 settings does not exist, it's always either loud and vibrate, or loud and silent. (I feel a little bad about this, but I'm not responsible, I swear.)
