As far as I know, the Ativ S has not been released in China but it has been certified and hopefully released soon.

I use it in Germany on T-Mobile and it works great. Completely unlocked and requires a micro-SIM.

Not sure if ativ s is yet for sale unlocked in canada but ! Try clove uk . Unlock and do post to most parts of the world. Safe to use

You can get ativ s t899 4g unlocked ( In Stock ) from here Samsung Ativ S T899 Gray LTE(Unlocked)
