I'm torn. It's a toss up for me between the Lorry Driver episode, since I'm a driver by profession now, and the Vietnam special, since I'm a motorcycle fanatic.

The episodes in the US are great! A few more of my favorite are the Middle East Special, Albania Mafia episode, and the boat vehicles across the English Channel episode. :)

That episode features my old workshop and boss (where I used to work). I have met Clarkson twice for work purposes. Once, when he was filming his Extreme Machines doc, and the other was when he was doing a charity treasure hunt using our powerboats.
