    See the attached Photo.

    I have reinstalled Firefox and it has the same problem. Bing looks fine in Chrome.

    I bet you got one of those weird UIs Bing displays sometimes. they might be tests but once i got one in IE 10 preview while my IE10 win8 looked normally. for the way your user pic looks i will say its just one of those tests you get sometimes.

    I might be wrong of course :giggle:

    Might be something up with Firefox as for some reason WP Central and Twitter look like this for me...
