    My moms Lumia 920 is having an issue with Words With Friends, where it opens, updates, and as soon as it finishes updating it closes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, as well as uninstalled, rebooted, and reinstalled. It still happens. But I don't have this issue on my phone. Any advice? Could it be something in the cache?

    I've never had issues myself. But I'm not sure what could be causing it. Maybe a more experienced developer could give a better insight.

    I would uninstall, then re-install via the full windowsphone website (don't use the store). I've had to do that several times for Words with Friends, which seems to be the only app that constantly breaks.

    It closes on me if I login with Facebook. Don't integrate it with FB and it should work fine.

    It seems to be her Facebook profile, ad mine works perfectly fine. So now to fix a corrupt profile.
