    Can you not set a text tone by contact in WP8? Seriously?

    Is this really a released product?

    Yes it is. An informed consumer would have done this research prior IF it was SO important to post a whole thread on it.

    I really cannot understand why people are posting threads for such small things and that too not asking for a solution of a problem but just whining.

    Because they fail to see the difference between Microsoft Forums and Windows Phone Central Forums. They think they are both owned by Microsoft.

    This has been a known problem since WP7. Hopefully it will be corrected in one of the updates coming. Let's keep it civil. Carping about posters isn't helping.
