I am having issues with my Nokia 920 and wonder if someone know how to overcome them...

1) Initially when the alarm goes off, the screen would light up with options to either 'snooze' or 'dismiss' the alarm. However, now the screen isin't lighting up and I'm having to switch on the phone to get to these options which is not what I expect to do. Anyone facing this issue?

2) Cannot connect to car audio system using Bluetooth. get a message "connection failed". However there are no issues connecting my iPod to car audio system via bluetooth.
