    Sent my Lumia in for repair in mint condition and it was returned with a dent. Its been over 3 weeks now and still no resolution. Im really disappointed in how they are handling this issue. I love the phone but really thinking about giving BB10 a try or getting an iPhone... As much as I dislike the iphone. Im sure they would handle a situation like this much better.. Instead of trying to blame the shipping company for the damage :(

    I also had super bad experience with them, very bad communication that had me back and forth, wasted a week of my time....

    You're responsible for the device going to them, but they are responsible when it's coming back. Regardless of if the shipping company they used damaged it. Stand your ground and demand a resolution.

    im 100% certain the damage wasnt done by the shipping company. Pretty dissapointing they dont handle the phone with
    care when you send it in..

    I contacted Stephen Elap at Nokia regarding a problem with light leakage.
    Nokia collected my phone , sent back to me today, phone repaired, and also the two scratches on the screen now gone.
    Pretty excellent service for me.

    There are good and bad stories regardless of manufacturer... Just cause you had a great experience doesn't mean someone will always get a good one too.

    Still keep on at them, fire off an email to Stephen Elop, just don't back down.

    Especially as you love this device, and this is an oddity compared to their usual customer service.
