Well, I am now on my second 920. Not the fault of the phone, my fault.. small drop out of a coat pocket to a tile floor and the screen completely shattered. *shrug* Fortunately, I had an available upgrade inside our plan so just cross upgraded. The restore from cloud backup is kind of nice, worked out well.

Who knows, maybe osme of the issues I had with my first 920, specifically bluetooth issues may be resolved here.

I guess only the touch screen/digitizer is cracked in your case, many people in this forum fixed that by themselves, there is also a video "lumia 920 digitizer replacement" on youtube.
