Brand new Nokia 920 - has taken me a couple of weeks to set up & migrate from Android.

Finally got round to listening to Nokia Music for first time - disaster! Only mono sound (one ear) on headphones unless I wiggle the input around.This true different set of quality, working headphones so the problem is in the phone!!

Not happy :( Has anyone got a fix that doesn't involve sending it back to supplier for a new one and weeks of hassle?

I too have been experiencing this issue . . I also get the aux rattle . . I brought the Nokia monster purity HD headset and the remote doesn't work on my phone either . . Might have to go back to radioshack before my 14 day expires and get an exchange for a different unit and see if I have a lemon
