    Has anyone used Nokia's Nokia care direct service in Australia before? What have been your experiences?

    so far.. my lumia 920 is stuck in transit :/
    but i guess thats an auspost fault

    How long ago did you send it? I've already had a repair with Telstra that's taken 3 weeks so hoping Nokia are quicker.

    itll be much quicker than telstras for sure

    I sent it 2 days ago
    just spoke to auspost.. they said ill never really know when they got it since they send it in bulk and they wont tick each mobile to say they got it (on the tracking number page)
    but i just called nokia they say they havent received it yet, auspost said theyll get it today

    Ok, thanks, that's good to know. Just complained to Telstra so hoping for a new phone but if not ill try Nokia
