Just received my Lumia 920. When being called I don't hear anything. I even called my dad at the house while standing in front of him and we didn't receive each other through the phone.

What's up with this and what can I do?

is this a ringtone issue or an ear speaker issue?

It's a speaker issue.

After restarting the phone it now works again. But it's weird, because after having turned the phone on ONCE (after I unboxed it) this didn't work.
