I downloaded skydrive to my phone and to my PC. They just linked up with each other, but I want to add my wifes phone onto it as well.

SkyDrive is per each Microsoft Account. So you cannot share/combine SkyDrive across independent accounts.

You can give her the permission to upload stuff on your skydrive accounts (particular folders). Don't know if it will work on her phone, but she should be able to use your folders (at least the ones she got the permission for) with her microsoft account
