My phone does not go to sleep sometimes after a call. The screen does not even turn off by pressing the lock button on the side. I have to restart the phone everytime this happens. Anyone with the same issue ???

My screen does not come back from locked state after a call. Similarly if I have alarm set for the morning, the screen doesn't light up, I have to press the Lock button to be able to dismiss or snooze it. Restart doesn't help... I don't know what else to try. Anyone a good idea? Phone is a Lumia 920.

I too have no clue about the issue. Every time I just restart the device though it happens once in every 2-3 days !! :(

Same issue with my Lumia 920. infact i have two Lumia 920s. Both face the same problem of screen not sleeping off sometimes after a call. MS please help!
