I was one of the first preorders, had read and drooled for the 920 months before launch, eagerly waiting launch to ditch 5 years of iPhone instead of going Android.

Unfortunately, I am just not overall happy with the phone/ecosystem and have decided to part ways. I think it's a great phone and OS, the apps just leave so much to be desired that it's enough to be a dealbreaker for me. Missing apps, apps that are pretty terrible, not a big fan of IE on the device, and now having to send it in for repair, ontop of the hard reset issue and so many other issues that seem to plague this phone.

Sad day for me in a sense.
