With my 920 if I'm listening to a podcast on wired headphones and a phone call comes in - after I hang up and the podcast resumes the sound in one side of the headphone begins to sound as if someone is running a fan very loudly. I can resolve this by playing a different music file and then switching back to the podcast.

Unplugging and re-plugging the headphones does not resolve this by itself.
