I took my Lumia to the beach and a bit of sand got on it.
There was already specs of dust in the cracks/crevasses that are on the left hand side and bottom of the phone.
I've tried vacuuming it out which got some but some is still left over.
Are other people's phones like this? Surely they shouldn't have been made so gunk can get in.

I had dust or something stuck on the right side of the phone in the little gap between the glass and the thin black plastic or rubber ring around it the other day. I tried a vacuum as well and couldn't remove it, so what I did was take a sheet of paper and kind of slid the very corner of the paper in and underneath the dust and lifted it out. Maybe you could try that.
