Hi , how di turn off lte and use just 3g? But i dont want to cancell hspa+ connectivaty , is that possiable?

HSPA+ does not denote LTE, whether or not your 3G connection is HSPA+ is determined by whatever carrier you have.

hspa is 3g so just switch to that

On my 920, I don't see "setting > mobile network >". I wonder what the deal is? I would love to see if I get a better tower at the house on 3g rather than 4g.

go to Settings > Cellular, on my phone its the 10th one down from the top. In there you can change the Highest Connection Speed

I find Cellular in settings. But I don't get that option?

If you are on AT&T you won't see the option.

If ur on ATT. Dial ##3282 and press call.

It will bring up the network settings or whatever its called. Dont worry about what you see on the screen, click the ... on the bottom right and go to settings and you should be able to select automatic, 2g, 3g, 4g. HSPA is 3g and select and back out. I would go back in again to confirm if it stays on 3g or if it reverts back to automatic. If it reverts back to automatic, you might have to change the toggle option and reboot or something like that.

With the 1308 update for the 920 dialing ##3282 doesn't work any more. :(

I clicked on 3g, and it stayed 3g in the debug menu, but when I look at the top of the screen it still says 4g, what do I do from here?

I've set the highest connection speed to 3G, but it still keeps showing as 4G from time to time. My provider doesn't even have 4G service. I wonder if it could be fixed.
