Hi there,
My wife and I have had Lumia 920's for about a month without any connectivity problems. All of a sudden today, at around 9:30am, my wife's Lumia lost cellular connectivity. My Lumia maintained it's connection and works as usual. I've tried a soft reset and I called AT&T support three times. We played around with the SIM cards (swapping mine and hers to see if it is AT&T or the phone). It all points to the phone as the problem. I took it to the AT&T store about 30 minutes ago and it actually was able to pick up service while in the store so I couldn't show them what was going on. They suggested taking it to the Microsoft store. I confirmed they had a signal booster, but it's interesting that I picked up anything. The minute I left the parking lot, the signal was gone, however. I just did a hard reset and it's still without cellular service.
Any suggestions?

I'd recommend asking AT&T to give you a new SIM.
