I use a MacBook Pro (10.8.2) and iTunes (10.7) and download several podcasts that I sync with the Windows Phone application (3.0.0) to my Nokia 920 (8.0.9903.10).

The problem is that the Windows Phone app shows that the podcasts are on the device (and I can copy them from the phone, so they're there), but they don't show in the Music+Videos app so I can't listen to them on the phone. Sometimes I'll get one podcast showing up, but sometimes (currently) none show up. I almost never get all of the ones transferred showing up in Music+Videos. I can't detect a pattern to what shows and what doesn't. The podcasts are marked as podcasts in iTunes (and the Windows Phone app shows them as podcasts). They are all .mp3 files. They don't show up in Nokia Music either.

Anyone else having this problem? Anyone have any ideas on things to try or how to debug this further?

Updated to 8.0.10211.204 and the problem is unchanged. If it helps, it appears that it only shows the first file in alphabetical order.

So instead of deleting all of the episodes in the podcast, I deleted all but the one that showed (so all the ones that the Windows Phone app said were there but Music+Videos didn't show) and then redid the sync and now all 18 episodes in that podcast show. I hope that I don't have to keep doing this with every new episode. Any other ideas?

I'm getting this problem as well. I can see the podcasts on my SD in windows explorer but I can't see them in the music app. Fiddled around with deleting them from explorer and syncing again (leveraging iTunes) but it's hit and miss what the app picks up even though it's all getting copied over. Very very frustrating. Never really used my phone for music before getting my 820 but with the SD storage I thought I'd give it a go. All seems a bit amateurish to be honest, this is basic stuff that shouldn't be glitched.

Update - and also even the podcasts that HAVE sync'd over are in a completely random order. Not by date or episode number even when clearly stated in the title of the podcast.
