It seems rather odd, try launching the app as an administrator
They claim MS saved Nokia, I say Nokia saved MS, and every other WP OEM has a commitment that is BS.
A WP8 Feature that is hardly used.
2 years later is Elop's strategy panning out?
Have a quick laugh here... :) - 12-25-2012, 04:24 PM #31

Yeah that way seems working. Now It's flashing my phone. Just connect your Phone to USB. Open Multi Software Updater, choose your software and press Start. It will download the ROM and flash your phone automatically. By the way, do not turn off your phone in this process. It will turn off automatically. :) Cagrimir I can help you if you want. You know my DH nickname, darkest earth.

Hey Ikhoe , here's what you should do , if your phone didn't do anything it is probably because it hasn't been recognized by your PC
So try the looking up your product code method first . so your phone could be recognized by FUSE , and then unplug it , try again and hit me back. - 12-25-2012, 11:41 PM #43
I will give you the exact code tomorrow, since I don't have it w me right now, but I know that it's the rm820 and has the same firmware as a Rogers lumia. The only difference is that it's pentaband and has no carrier branding landsays ddeveloper device). Sorry for the lack of info!

Sure. I am quite certain it will work since I replaced my EE firmware with CV GB firmware earlier, but now I want to update to Portico and since there is no CV GB firmware with Portico I am trying the HK one. I don't know about the debranding though.

Ok. This is what I did coz the phone refuses to enter recovery mode:
1. Switch off phone
2. Connect to PC. At this point, the Retry button is ready to press.
3. Phone will restart once you connect to PC. As this is going on, quickly hit RESTART! No need for vol down + power button combination presses.
4. Now the phone will enter recovery mode and do its thing.
